-Build support from people who care and can be a safe haven. I’ve mentioned this before but my village is indestructible.
-Find a new hobby or engage in social activities. I recommend trying something you’ve never tried or experienced before. My personal outlet is running. I’m able to clear my head and I feel so free and relaxed afterwards.
-Support others. One of my healthiest coping mechanisms is helping others going through the same battle. Lean on one another. You may learn a big or two.
-Build HEALTHY relationships, regardless is platonic or romantic.
-This personally did not work for me but I have had friends to join support groups. This can reduce your sense of isolation.
Loving yourself changes who you attract. Do things that make you feel good long term. Practice relaxation techniques and most importantly REST. Together we can heal. Together we will conquer this battle. Together we will win! Love you all. Chat soon.
